The students went to school with their partners (they were all pretty tired from staying up late for the Germany-Algeria game last night, but they pushed through!) - a couple gave their presentations for the German classes, which went well. In our homeroom period, we started preparing for the Farewell dinner.
Then in the afternoon, the whole group of Americans went to a nearby town - Esslingen. We had a tour of the historic downtown area, which included a building from 777, as well as many buildings from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries. It was a beautiful town and a great tour.
We returned to the school and the students should all be watching the USA-Belgium game tonight!
